Attorney Member - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Attorneys in practice more than 5 years.

Corporate Member (non-attorney) - $500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Non-attorney professionals affiliated with the legal field.

Young Lawyer - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Attorney admitted to the Florida Bar for less than 5 years as of May 1st.
Note: Once a member exceeds 5 years of practice, membership will automatically transition to the Attorney Member category.

Government Employee - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Attorneys employed by local, state or federal government.

Student Member Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Elegibility: Full-time law students.

Paralegal Member Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

Judiciary Members Subscription period: Unlimited Members of the Judiciary

By applying for membership with the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, you confirm that you:

Are a member in good standing with the Florida Bar (Attorney/Young Lawyer Membership)
Are of good moral character
Devote no more than 50% of your practice to defense-related work (including representing defendants, insurers, or employers in personal injury or workers’ compensation matters)
Agree to comply with MDTLA’s membership requirements and approval process
Agree to pay all applicable membership dues
