Non-Discrimination Policy

The MDTLA is founded upon dignity, respect, and justice. We do not discriminate on any basis – not race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, veteran’s status, or physical ability. All MDTLA events will be held in locations that are ADA compliant. Any person who needs accommodation, should contact the Executive Director, the MDTLA’s ADA Compliance Officer, who will make all necessary arrangements. Any person who believes they have been discriminated against at an MDTLA function, should contact the Executive Director or any MDTLA officer or Board member for immediate assistance. All complaints will be promptly investigated. All callers will be treated with dignity and respect.
